Greeting Hampden Meadows Community! I can’t believe I am saying this but, it’s that time of year, the time to start thinking about transition, both 3rd to 4th and 5th to 6th. We are excited to offer most, if not all, these transition events in person. Over the next few weeks, you will receive invitations to meetings, forms to fill out, and information sessions to attend. We know how important the transition years are and want to do everything we can to provide you with all the information you need. We are very excited to welcome the current 3rd graders and proud of our 5th graders that will be heading over to the Middle School.
